As we were gearing up for the second of the second semester the deadlines kept piling up. It's been an extremely busy few weeks!
On the brighter side, we have had some gorgeous days in Edinburgh which unfortunately seems to appear when I was working all day to meet my deadlines. It is the most depressing thing in the world to be inside looking out the window at people enjoying in the sun. But, finally, spring has sprung! The meadows were filled with people enjoying the sun and I would occasionally go out for a walk to refresh my mind while doing my assignments at the library.
After all the submissions, I took a day off to rejuvenate myself. I went to North Berwick for a day, which is seaside town to the north-east of Edinburgh. There's nothing like listening to the waves and thinking through your problems and relieving stress!
Exams are approaching fast now. I have three exams which are evenly spaced, so it gives me enough time to focus equally on all of them. Exams can be very stressful, make sure that you take good care of yourself. Keep your mind and body healthy and try your best, there’s not a lot more you can do!
