  • Edinburgh Christmas on the Royal Mile

Ah, December the most confusing part of the semester. Not only are exams just a few weeks away, but so are the holidays. Most students more or less disappear until the exams begin though.

  • MSc SES Student Christmas Celebration

Extended library visits, long nights, energy bars and packed food (fortunately no caffeine in that mix for me) signaled the beginnings of a grueling 4 weeks of exam preparation from mid November to December.

  • Edinburgh Christmas Markets

November starts the holiday season, and brings with it the realization that final exams are just around the corner. Just remain calm. It seems that as soon as Halloween ended here, the Christmas lights were strung up in every corner of the city.

  • Launch.Ed Event Fun!

It has been 2 months since I got to Edinburgh and its been one non-stop roller-coaster. Given the gamut of opportunities and events organized everyday, sometimes you feel you wish you had more than 24 hours.

  • The breathtaking view from the top of Pentland Hills

I am nowhere close to J. K. Rowling but to those who have been following my life journey in the Graduate School Blog, you already knew that I went home last month for about 3 weeks. It was the most exciting moment to see my family after being away for over a year.

  • Kelpies at University of Edinburgh

That second month flew by so quickly, I can’t believe that it is already November. But while leafing through my photos, I understand how the time passed!
