All workshop participants (including speakers) must submit a workshop registration in order to attend.

News:Registration has reopened. Accepted abstract authors will soon receive a dedicated registration code. If you did not submit an abstract, you may write to Karen.brocklehurst@ed.ac.uk to request to be added to the waiting list. As spaces become available, we will share the registration code with you. Thank you for your kind understanding. 

 

Regular Registration Fee 

Full workshop participation fee details will be confirmed soon. The fee will include access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, refreshment breaks, and the conference banquet dinner on June 17th.

Optional Add-ons:

  • Poster Printing Service (£50) - We'll print and display your A0 poster at the venue
  • Banquet Dinner Guest Pass (£60) - Bring your partner or friend to join you at our special banquet dinner on June 17th

  • Cash (we accept payment by cash)

Payment Deadlines 

Payment must be completed by the end of your chosen registration period.

  • April 15th, 2026 for all standard registrations
  • June 03rd, 2026 for late registrations

Late and Post-Deadline Registration Policy

After June 3rd, we will no longer accept online registration. You can still attend, but we will charge you a registration fee after the event. However, you will not be able to enjoy the catering service and banquet dinner, as these must be confirmed before June 3rd.

Invitation Letters

 For visa purposes, invitation letters can be requested by providing your details as specified on the Visa Information page.

Cancellation Policy 

All refund requests must be submitted by email to hts2026@ed.ac.uk as soon as possible. The Local Organization Committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or total of the registration fee depending on the date of cancellation.

In general, cancellations submitted by April 1st, 2026, can expect full reimbursement minus a £50 administration fee.

Each cancellation case will be considered individually.
