Latest news from CEF IEEE Transactions In IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, Alin Panca, Hannah Levene, Andreas Tsiamis, Hannah Levene, Spyros Stathopoulos and Themis Prodromakis present the development of Indium–Gallium–Zinc Oxide (IGZO) thin-film transistors specifically engineered as selectors for memristive crossbar arrays. These IGZO TFT can enhance the performance and scalability of memristive memory systems, paving the way for more efficient in-memory computing architectures. MEMRISYS 2025 In October 2025 we hosted the international conference MEMRISYS 2025 at the International Conference and Exhibition Centre, Edinburgh - with keynote speakers including Leon Chua and Stanley Williams.
