NEMD 2026 comes to the beautiful city of Edinburgh, home to pioneering Scottish scientists such as James Clerk Maxwell, Robert Brown, James Watt and Joseph Black.

Location

The NEMD 2026 Conference will be held in the Nucleus Building on the King’s Buildings (KB) campus, the main campus of the University of Edinburgh College of Science and Engineering.

Conference Building

The conference will take place in the Nucleus Building, a modern, purpose-built facility designed to support interdisciplinary research, teaching, and large academic events.

King’s Buildings (KB) is the principal science and engineering campus of the University of Edinburgh and hosts world-leading research in physics, chemistry, engineering, and computational science.
