History of the RAMS conference series

RAMS has been running since 2010 and has been hosted by universities across the UK, including Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow, Bath, Warwick, Lancaster, Exeter, Cardiff, Liverpool, Bradford, Lincoln, Brunel University London, University College London and now the University of Edinburgh. RAMS 2026 continues this national series by bringing recent appointees in materials science together in Edinburgh for two days of research, networking and collaboration.
