Edinburgh University Formula Student (EUFS) were recently crowned top student team in the UK for driverless vehicle software at the annual Formula Student competition.

Congratulations to first year engineering students Omar Sharkas, Mukhil Ramesh, Keir Barbary and Oliver Fairfoot, who reached the grand finals of this year’s Engineering for People Design Challenge.
The School of Engineering has created the Elizabeth Georgeson Fellowship - named after Scotland’s first female engineering graduate - to encourage talented postdoctoral researchers from underrepresented groups to pursue careers in engineering academia.
