HTS 2026 Call for abstracts and submission information

Abstract instruction

Authors are invited to submit abstracts of one or two  pages in length summarizing their latest research findings, theoretical developments, and experimental results relevant to the workshop themes.

All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by our Review Committee to ensure high scientific quality and relevance to the workshop scope.

Authors of accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to present their work during the workshop sessions, and their abstracts will be made available through the workshop proceedings and online repository.

Submission Requirements:

  • Abstracts should be submitted in PDF format
  • Please adhere to the provided formatting template

Presentation Guidelines

Authors are required to select their preferred presentation format—either "Oral" or "Poster"—when submitting their abstracts, along with their chosen topic area. The final presentation format will be determined by the conference scientific committee following the peer-review evaluation process.

Exceptional research submissions that receive outstanding evaluation scores will be eligible for invited oral presentations.

Presentation Duration:

  • Invited oral presentations: 20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A
  • Standard oral presentations: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A

Poster Requirements:

Poster presentations must be prepared in A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) using portrait orientation (vertical layout). Authors may either bring pre-printed posters or utilize the on-site printing service available at £20 per poster.
