Brighid is a Commercial Analyst at Carnegie Wave Energy in Western Australia but 3 years before that she was a researcher here at the IES. Details of her seminar are below.
Title: Carnegie’s Perth Wave Project (PWEP)
Abstract:
PWEP is a grid connected wave array project which utilises the CETO wave energy technology and will be producing power and desalinated water for a Defence base just south of Perth in Western Australia. The project is nearing the end of construction and will be commissioning in the coming months (www.carnegiewave.com). This presentation will discuss both Carnegie Wave Energy and the PWEP project.
