Title: FloWave - An Update on Activities and Projects (Past, Present and Future)

Abstract:
The FloWave Ocean Energy Research Facility, based on the Kings Buildings campus, was officially opened in August 2014. The facility consists of a 25m circular basin with the ability to generate waves from any direction in combination with current at scales of approximately 1:20 to 1:40.  With over a year since the tank was filled with water for the first time, this seminar will give an update on activities and projects at FloWave as well as overview of the tank’s capabilities.
