CAPE: Manufacturing Research and its Applications in the 21st Century
Professor Joe McGeough is chairing the 23rd CAPE Conference, 3rd-4th November 2015.
"CAPE" began in 1986 as "Computer-Aided Production Engineering", reflecting the research strategies as industry and the academic community sought to take advantage of computer technology and its applications in manufacturing. Over the years the topics for CAPE have been continually monitored to keep abreast of the most recent developments in manufacturing processes, design and management research.
CAPE will be opened by The Principal, Professor Sir Timothy O'Shea and held at the John McIntyre Conference Centre at Pollock Halls.
