Yunjie Yang wins IEEE I&M Society Graduate Fellowship Award

Congratulations to Yunjie Yang winning the 2015 IEEE I&M Society Graduate Fellowship Award. The prestigious award includes $15,000 USD and complimentary 2 year I&M student membership.

The purpose of the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society award is to support and encourage graduate level research in the area of instrumentation and measurement.

Mr. Yang is a second year PhD student at the Agile Tomography group of the Institute for Digital Communications (IDCoM). His PhD project aims to develop an advanced digital electrical impedance tomography and image reconstruction algorithms for brain function imaging. The project supervisors are Dr Jiabin Jia and Dr Nick Polydorides.
