Date:

Wednesday, September 11, 2024 - 10:00 to 16:00

The global market for bioseparation systems is projected to grow from $13 billion in 2022 to $19.6 billion in 2026. The rising demand for biopharmaceuticals is driving innovation with the aim of improving efficiency and reducing cost. Current development trends include the adoption of increased automation and continuous processing, greater integration upstream and downstream and a focus on sustainability.

This symposium in collaboration between the Fluid Separations Special Interest Group and the Pharma and Biochemical Engineering Special Interest Group, will have speakers from academic and industrial sectors sharing their experience in development and deployment of bioseparation processes in the pharmaceutical industry. The symposium will provide an excellent forum for networking and exchanging ideas.
