FS-AI challenges university teams to build and develop the driving systems to run a fully autonomous vehicle. Formula Student (FS) is one of the Europe's most established educational engineering competition attracting teams from across the globe.

Continuing their winning streak, EUFS has won FS-AI Engineering Design, FS-AI Track Drive, FS-AI Skid Pad, FS-AI Sprint Event, FS-AI Endurance, Babcock FS-AI Overall Dynamic Events and placed joint second with both ADS and DDT vehicles in FS-AI Simulation Development. This has led the team to an astonishing eighth overall win in the FS-AI category.

It is incredible to have been able to lead the team to an eighth consecutive victory in the FS-AI category. This, paired with passing key elements of scrutineering with our ADS vehicle shows the true dedication of the team. Despite difficult conditions, we have defended our title and proved we are at the forefront of innovation in autonomous driving.

Havish Ganapathy, EUFS President

It is fantastic to see continued excellence of the team in FS-AI category achieved through innovation, perseverance and collaborative effort. On the path to the very first student design and built ADS, it is very much vires acquirit eundo.

Amer Syed, Chair of the Student Innovation Advisory Group

This year, EUFS have further pushed the boundaries of autonomous driving by passing not only safety and technical scrutineering this year but also chassis and accumulator scrutineering for the first time. The team will continue their trailblazing streak by working towards competing in all dynamic AI events in future with their ADS vehicle.
