iEng (Inclusive Engineering) aims to enhance the School's Culture by offering tools to excel in our everyday jobs, improve ourselves, and enhance our feeling of belonging in the School. Our purpose is to make Engineering more accessible and welcoming to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who have traditionally been underrepresented in the field.
